Your Choice Home Health Care LLC

Horrible, horrible, horrible company! Please do not trust your choice home health care with your loved ones. They have untrained, incompetent caregivers who steal, abandon seniors and dont show up for shifts but are allowed to remain employed. The company does not check on to ensure that the clients needs are being met by the caregivers. Caregivers are simply just sent to clients homes with no background of what a client may need assistance with. The company will not send another caregiver if one doesnt show, causing clients to go without care. The most unorganized company Ive ever seen. Please dont be fooled my the kindness of the owner. Take your family elsewhere!

Please save yourself the hassle with this company. There is no communication involved whatsoever. They have left many clients without care because they simply do not want to pick up the phone. The owner will speak to you on the phone an be so kind but I can tell you from A LOT of experience, it is just an act. She has left employees without paychecks multiple times, and has no excuse for it. It is simply for her own good and profit. There are a lot of other reliable companies out there. Please find one of those. This one is not it.
