The team at Advanced was very knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. While it is always very difficult to say goodbye to a loved one, they kept our family member comfortable and were very responsive and sensitive to our requests. I give them the highest recommendation.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the hospice services provided by Advanced Home Health and Hospice in Reno, NV. Despite assurances of timely medication delivery and necessary supplies, we experienced consistently disappointing results. The short time care was provided, we encountered repeated delays in the delivery of essential medications, causing undue stress and discomfort . Additionally, the lack of supplies, which were required and promised were never received and only further exacerbated an already challenging situation. The lack of professionalism and disregard for the well-being of our loved one was unacceptable. Unfortunately, my experience with Advanced Home Health has fallen far short of the basic expectations of a hospice company which is to provide timely and adequate support to ensure the comfort and dignity of those under your care. Patients and their families rely on hospice care during difficult times, and it is essential to uphold the standards expected of such a vital service.

Absolutely the worse hospice care I have ever worked with. Unorganized, unreliable and unprofessional. Client needed medication and they took over 5 days to get it to us. They use a pharmacy in Vegas and supposedly overnight meds to reno through FedEx. If overnight means 4 days then there is definitely a problem. Client had to suffer while waiting for meds and by the time they arrived he had passed. Never saw the assigned nurse, they sent several different nurses and only ONE took vitals. Called at 430 on a weekday and got the after hours message. It took them 45 minutes to return my call. Supplies needed were never received and they had to order the basic supplies that should have been on hand. I would never recommend this company to anyone if you care about your loved one. There lack of care and ability to provide even the basic hospice services was non existent and totally unacceptable. For your peace of mind and care for your loved one use any other company. Do not use Advanced Hospice of Reno.
