        Today I went in to get Hair-dye but Ive never colored my hair so I had questions. I asked the lady in the tattoos a question and she was rude and spoke to as if I was dumb but the other girl was very sweet and helpful. Idk if she just didnt want to be there no more or if she just was annoyed with us.

        This place is never open during the hours on the door? Its 5 on Thursday and it says they close at 8 and the door is padlocked.is it permanently closed?
