The people here are always so helpful. I recently made the error of trying to go red after being platinum blonde for 6 years. I immediately regretted it and missed my blonde. They were so helpful to find a color remover and helped me know the best way to apply everything without ruining my hair.

Usually this is a very accommodating Sallys when Moriah is working. I also noticed that there is always a new employee training every month.I came in for a return for my 8 boxes of hair dye. Justine and Breanne was working and the computer was not working properly and line was super long. There was an old lady that end up leaving because no one attending was to her needs and she couldnt stand for a long period of time. After my return, I noticed I only got credited for 6 out 8 hair dyes that I purchased. I was furious because I had to go back to the store after waiting for 45 minutes for my previous transactions. Justine didnt know what she was doing because she was still new and training. Breanne didnt do anything to help but just stood there, watched and didnt offer any better solutions to the problem. Justine and Breanne didnt offer good customer service and Im beyond disappointed with my shopping experience. I will not be returning to this Blue Diamond Sallys!
