Good sales people. I wasn't even looking to upgrade that day I'm Friendly, quick and experienced service. There was actually a new employee there, it was his second day. He was very knowledgeable. I would have never guessed he hadn't work there for months or years. I only have one complaint and that is when I looked up when they were ringing me up they had added on a no ugly light pink cell phone case for $29 that I did not select. Later I found they had also put a screen protector on my phone which actually caused the phone to glitch black screen and it costed me $15. Other than that they did great with their phone knowledge as I'm a researcher and had a bunch of questions. They also did great with setting up my new phone and it was all really fast.

As I was walking passed by I approached a young lady, who was very patient and was able to answer any questions, my parents had. The service at cricket in this location is spectacular. Not only did she help me understand the process of switching to this service line, but she was also able to explain in Spanish so that my parents understood. Having a bilingual employee will always make things so much better. By far Ive had the best customer service and did not feel pressured at all.
