        Joseph and marieli at the cricket store in the north town area are extremely kind and courteous and was able to help me with my new phone they deserve to be greatly recognized for their service to the cricket customers

        i love this location!!! this is the only cricket i go to because they are always so friendly and they know how to personalize the customers needs. they are very efficient and they gave me the best deal on my phone, case, screen protector, and even a speaker! lily is the manager there and she is the best with customers. i live on the the other side of town but i still choose to only go to this cricket.

      Hello Sayuri, thank you for your comment! Cricket is a prepaid company, so we work on billing cycles. Payments for service must be made before the new cycle begins. Therefore, if your payment date is today, you are still in the billing cycle that started last month, and your new cycle will start tomorrow, thus restarting the usage count for features such as hotspot, mobile data, international calling minutes, etc. If you need additional help, please contact our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or Twitter (@cricketsupport) or contact one of our CUSTOMER SUPPORT specialists at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274- 2538).
