Summit Auto Sales

We looked for months for a used car when we fortunately came across Summit Auto Sales. Karl and Heidi were very trustworthy and professional. They were upfront and honest with us about anything we wanted to know about the vehicle. They had all the paperwork printed out and ready to go in no time. We ended up buying from them and never regret it. We love our car and it runs great! We definitely recommend them to all of our friends.

No happy at all! I have been looking at a cute little Honda Civic on the lot for months, since you look right at the car lot as you exit Southtown Winco. Pulled in and looked at it several times, and even talked about the price about a month before we finally took it for a test drive. When we got back, I mentioned that there was a vibration in the front end. Karl said that he would have it checked right away. We discussed price and got info, and said we were going to get financing the next day, which we did. He took the car to the tire shop leaving right behind us as we left. Called the next day, and they said the car was still in the tire shop. Later on that afternoon we got a call and she said the car WAS SOLD the night before? WTH? How did someone buy the car we financed while it was in the tire shop? Sumthin ain't right. Not saying these are not good people to deal with, but this was a bad deal.
