Edit: since I can't reply directly to the response, not disgruntled. Just didn't appreciate being screamed at everyday by the blonde lady whose name I forget.... That's rude and unprofessional.

I am more than thrilled with the service , quality of the product I ordered from Blinds Usa. The plantation shutters made my house look more beautiful and more energy efficient than I even imagined. The installer was great and My husband and I are extremely happy with the result all around.
