We cannot say enough about Scott and his staff at Integrity.  The installation was as perfect as it could be.  Scott is a real professional with his own personal integrity as is in the name of the business.  Since original installation of our blinds, we had an issue and Scott was eager to come and fix our issue.  Scott then reached out to the manufacturer to get replacement handles which just arrived at my home.  I cannot say enough about Scott and his company.  He tells you what he is going to do and just does it without hesitation.  I will all service type companies would operate on a high level as Scott does.  I say do not hesitate to use this company.  P.S.  I do not make it a habit of doing reviews or endorsing businesses.

The owner is so condescending and belittling. Don't even bother contacting them. I sent a picture of a damage a tenant did on an investment property I own. I initially asked for a quote on repairs, he said he did not do. Fine, i wanted to see if he could replace them. He replies implying this is what I get for purchasing poor quality items to begin with. I have never had such unprofessional contact from a small business. What a joke.

We've hired Scot to install Hunter Douglass in our home twice.  The first experience was so great we ordered more!  Scot is very communicative, installation was fantastic and our blinds are incredible.  We were away during the second installation and he gladly held our product until a convenient arrangement could be made.    Lastly, I sent the final payment to Integrity after the 2nd job was completed.  It seems I must have overpaid by $1k+ because Scot immediately sent the overpayment back to me.  I was completely unaware.  That's true Integrity!   Highly Recommend this company.

Integrity Window Fashion hit a home run. They repaired our 17 year old, not made anymore Hunter Douglas dualight shade! And at a very reasonable price too. Thank you!
