Expected More...... We purchased shutters for our entire house and a little disappointed in both customer service and quality. At first, they were really nice and friendly, however after the shutters were installed, we never received a follow-up call regarding our installation or product, which to me is not very good customer service. The product is nice, however there are gaps when shutting the shutters as they do not shut "flushed" and we have to tap on them to close tightly, even then they still have light come through them. On the sides of the shutters to the fram, there is also a crack where light comes trough and I don't think that this is correct either. I have called and left voicemails regarding this issue with no call back. I guess we have to live with these issues as I am not going to pay more money to have someone else come out and fix the shutters. Really dissapointed.....
