Vacheron Constantin

I got my first Vacheron Constantin watch at Bellusso boutique inside Palazzo hotel. I had good experiences at Rolex and AP watches A.D in town , but this was the best experience of all. Jean P. and her manager were very knowledgeable , professional and so helpful from the beginning to the end. I got my overseas VC watch in July and I love it ! Jean also took her time to answer our questions about other watch brands that they had in the store. And she often sent me update about store and new products. Thank you to Jean and the staffs there for a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

Small boutique but have great selections. They have some models aren’t available at other stores in town. Thanks to Silva, who is excessively helpful, I found my first VC watches here to celebrate a milestone in my life. An absolutely 5 star experiences!

I walked in and openly said that I couldn't afford anything right now, but that I was just a huge fan of VC's history and design language. The manager there, Reed, was exceedingly gentlemanly and cordial. He stood up, asked me where I was from, and chatted with me all about the designs both of us adored (esp. some daring 1910s tonneau and barrel-shaped designs like the ref. 10970). I was too scared to ask if I could see any watches since I wasn't buying and I didn't want to waste his time, but then, suddenly, he offered to still show me watches and really treated me like I was an esteemed client. Just wow. My respect and admiration for VC grew even more, knowing they hire people of such class and kindness. What an amazing first experience from a brand I've loved from afar. I very much look forward to buying my first VC (a Patrimony) within a few years and will always cherish this first experience. :)
