Not only did they move my Frank Sinatra Bulova from the far side of Vegas to a location I could get to. But they didn't have the Sinatra watch box that came with it. So the manager Pat went out of his way to contact Bulova & ship me the watch box at no cost. Made my Vegas trip one to remember.

This was the absolute WORST experience. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding ring from this Zales. Upon receiving it, it was too big. But luckily we had the warranty protection so could get it resized free of cost. they sent it to get resized and when we got it back it was not the same (it even broke!!). They took the fault and said they would work it out. After 2 months & us having to get a loaner for the actual wedding and me wearing the broken ring, they were still trying to figure out how to fix it. We decided that this company was not worth our time and returned the rings. I recommend against ANYONE coming to this store. They should be ashamed of their customer service and how they handled this. Go anywhere else but DO NOT TRUST THIS ZALES. If I could give it less than a star, I would.
