    crooks thieves , they lie when you buy it and reality is differrent. The sales person said pair of white gold ... the studs are silver with gold plated ... , return 10day but the reality os NO Return . Sky Diamond on town square is better place to buy

    I had gotten a white gold promise ring. Originally it was too big but they insisted it was the right size even though it easily slipped off my finger. I came back and I had asked for them to resize it which they did and I had gotten it done for free. The problem was that I asked for it to be a size 8 and then they made it a 7.5. I came back a year later due to my wife being pregnant and helping her with the whole birth process as well as an unfortunate car accident I had recently been in and still recovering. They said that I will have to pay for the resize even though it was their mistake. And due to how much time has passed. I refused to pay. They wouldn't even give me a refund for the ring. I'm definitely not happy with the service. Had my girlfriend get her diamond replacement because they fell out and they said that they replaced it but there wasn't a replacement. We brought the ring back in today so I will update on how that goes. Luckily I have paid for the ring to have a warranty or I would be paying for it too. Edit: we got the ring back and they fixed the diamonds that fell out but now they made the ring bigger. Don't go here. Horrible customer service and honestly all service all around.

    My wife had a ring made for me 15 years ago. One of the bands cracked, I took the ring to Daniel's for repair. The estimate for repair was 400.00. I agreed. Days later I got the ring back and it wasn't right. It had black spots on it and the alignment was off. They took it back and fixed it again. Days later I got it back and went home. Lee's than a year later the ring band cracked again in the same spot. I called and inquired about a free repair and they denied it. Apparantly the repairs are not done onsight and all repairs are only good for 30 days. Looks like quality repairs and good customer service isn't part of the jewelry business either.

    DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! They are liars and rude..They held my ring, that was brought in to be resized, hostage so to speak. I gave them my ring, which I purchased from another jewelry store years ago, to be resized and clean on a Saturday..they told me it would be in the following Friday due to the Monday holiday and it having to be sent out..Friday arrives and we received no phone call, soy husband and go to pick it up, which they then inform us that the ring is not there and they left a message.My husband checks his phone there and tells them he doesn't have missed call, nor does he have any messages. They then said that they informed us on this "message" that the jeweler was sick and is now in the emergency room and hasn't been able to work on any ring. We the tell them that's fine, we will pick the ring up from their location, it's 330pm in a Friday. They then tell us that location is closed and they won't be in until Monday. At which point I say, ok I will pick it up from their location Monday around 9 or 10. They then say..oh they would have already left and will be here..at there store by 11 am on Monday. I tell them I do not want any work done my ring, just bring it back how I turned it in. They said we will have it here Monday about 11 and nothing will be done. I made that very clear because I do not like liars. So Monday comes, my husband receives a message, a real one this time, stating that the ring will not be in until 330 or 400 and the jeweler resized the ring....he returns the call around 1200 and asks why was the work done on the ring when we asked it not be done..he received no clear answer..so at 420 pm I called the store on my way home from work to get clarification and the owners contact info. Danielle or Amy, I believe it was, answers and I inform her of who I am and asked if my ring is there. She says no. I then asked why if a customer asks for work to not be done, would it be done. She says we wanted you to be happy, when in actuality I am sure it was my money they wanted because I requested a refund for the resize and cleaning. I asked again if a customer asks for work to not be done Why Would It Be Done. She then says well we can tell the jeweler to not bring the ring and have then make it back to the original size but you won't get it back today. I asked for the owner of the store's contact info because this was unacceptable and I would be picking my ring up today. She said they don't have the owner's contact information and that they are in California . I then ask if theu can havr the owners contact me, she said she would. I asked how if theu dont have the information and then hung up. To Our sales associate Mary Lou, I am not happy and will no longer step foot in that store. AVOID THIS PLACE.
