        My tax professional was very unprofessional and kept inputting all my info wrong. I had to keep correcting her. Its ridiculous to charge all that money and have tax preparers who dont know what they are doing. This was my last year with Jackson Hewitt because my experience was horrible and I would rather have peace of mind knowing it was done right. One wrong slip in tax info could cost you so much. Im not taking anymore chances after I have been with them for the last 3 years. No more.
