        once again, for the fourth consecutive year, shrae millerwith skill, grace, enthusiasm, patience, and an uncanny ability to bring me calm when i am flipping out (which i do every year at tax time for no reason!)gave me friendly positive, generous, and competent service! i cannot sing her praises enough. she makes tax prep day feel like a day at the spa! and to save me a longer drive, she handed the baton to bryan otis, who was super wonderful at closing the process. i hope i can remember for next year how smoothly everything always goes with shrae, but i make no promises!
