        I made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt for the first time. I was impressed because I received several welcoming email/ texts afterwards. Florida Barry, who did my tax return was exceptional, very thorough. There was a computer glitch that happened, but Florida managed to go through that and completed my return. She explained to me all of JH process, promos and other programs going on. JH is lucky to have a conscientious employee like Florida. Thank you. Erlinda Reyes

        Florida was amazing with helping me get my taxes done in a fast and productive way she talked me through the process and she also had a few jokes too so I got a few laughs I really enjoyed my time with her and I will be coming back next year see you soon Florida and thanks again
