I had a terrible experience with another tax preparer in 2021 & had to respond to a letter from the IRS. I was PANICKED as the tax preparer I had used for many years would NOT help me or even return my calls! My trusted friend, a prominent Realtor, referred me to EILEEN JACOBS. She reviewed everything & we faxed the information to the IRS & the problem was RESOLVED & I ended up getting an over $8000 REFUND plus interest! Needless to say, Eileen did my taxes for 2022 & everything went smoothly as I have already received my refund! I will continue using Eileens services & have recommended her to my friends & business associates. Eileen is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL & very PERSONABLE!! I recommend her without hesitation!!!!

If I could give zero starts I would. I had a horrible experience with Ph.D. Taxes (Judy and Irene the owner) as my tax accountant. Despite providing them with all the necessary documents and information on time, they failed to help us file, resulting in a penalty(s) from the IRS. When my wife tried to contact them for assistance, they were unresponsive and did not seem to care about the situation. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake or offer compensation or a solution to the problem. To make matters worse, I found out later that there were errors in my tax return that my wife had to fix on her own, which led to more stress and wasted time. You will understand if you read the owner's response to my wife on Yelp reviews. Therefore, I would not recommend Judy or Irene to anyone seeking reliable and responsible tax services. I would only recommend them only if you were my enemy.
