Edgewater Custom Pools and Landscaping

As of today it isnt fully finished. The guys at the job site were easy to deal with. The project manager on the job site was great. The communication from the office around scheduling, status, next steps was not good. If you are building a pool and dont live there I would make sure you have some one that can be there within days. Or plan to have to delay or reschedule. There is one main item left and my review could change if they dont finish the job as they committed.

Edgewater pools in every phase exceeded our expectations. Their workmanship is the best. Their professionalism is great. Very easy to work with. From our first contact until water in the pool and after they were wonderful to work with. Everyone who has stopped by to take a peek and asked if we were happy with our pool builder was told this: You just cant beat Edgewater! They have been awesome. We highly recommend them.

Recently have had a Pool & Spa installed by Edgewater. This experience has exceeded my expectations in many ways. Their teams are very professional and take time to clean their work areas after completion of each step, including the street where their trucks were parked. We were in initially expected to have our pool built in 3 to 4 months, we will finish well ahead of that timeframe. I definitely would recommend Edgewater for you Pool & Spa.

Edgewater Custom Pools and Landscaping has been amazing! Their professionalism and organization made for a very pleasant and stress free experience for us. Rigo, who was our on site Supervisor was exceptional from day one until the last day with the pool school. Ariadna, who was our office contact was also nothing but professional and easy to communicate with. In addition, every crew member that took part in our project was prompt and diligent about their work. And the attention to detail by all involved was very impressive. The quoted time frames were met and exceeded in many phases with the entire project being completed much quicker than anticipated. Edgewater Pools clearly has high standards and everyone strives to meet those standards. I have nothing but HIGH praise for this Company and would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone interested in a pool or landscaping project. Thank you Edgewater!

These guys are really great! Everything they promised, they delivered. I had a few changes and they were really good about making them. My only regret is that my father passed away and I had to be out of town and my pool equipment and power was to be on the other side of the house and that was different than the drawing which I did not catch when the drawing was created. They did email me to verify and I thought we were on the same page. But, we werent. As it turns out, the equipment is on the putting green side and not the side of my bedroom. I think they know more about it than I do. This is my first pool. They have it down to a science. You are billed and notified during each process. The landscaping turned out fabulous and they didnt try to skimp on plants or rocks as others Ive dealt with. The decking is beautiful and such care went in to making it right. You will be very satisfied
