        BUYER BEWARE / SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE!!! This company took 11 months, to install a basic pool. No extras, 11 months. The real amount of time at the house was 7 weeks, spread out to 11 months!! They lie, they misrepresented, and they dont care. My mother hired Premier Pools to install a pool, she is 80 years old and they took advantage of her kind nature. They made promises they didnt keep, they told us the bad reviews were from the supply chain issue and it wasnt a problem any longer. They recently took $7,000 from her for a pool cover in November and she still hasnt received the cover. We have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board. Please DONT DO IT!! BEWARE!!!

        Posting a few years late. While they were the most reasonabl proced when I put my pool in, I had to stay on top of their construction teams every day. I came home several times to find numerous problems that I had to have them fixed. For example they just randomly bolted the gas line onto the side of my house instead of burying it. Also they broke the water lines running to the backyard a couple of times. They finished the pool was so poorly my daughter's feet kept getting cut just by walking in it. They did come out and re-sand to smooth it down, but to this day I'm still finding small holes and abrasions that are easily filled with algae. Also they couldn't connect my spa lights to be independent of the pool lights. I think they don't have professional workers doing the job and so the boss is overworked trying to keep a tabs on all his projects and this leads to poor quality cheap materials and unhappy customers. I would never recommend them.

      We appreciate customer feedback because it helps us continually improve our business operations. This pool was dug in May, and it was ready for pre-plaster inspection in September. A fence was need for the pool, and in late November the owner decided to add a pool cover and they paid the deposit at that time. It took too long for us to install the pool cover and by that time the fence had already been completed. The pool was plastered in January, and in February the request to add the pool cover was cancelled. We are refunding the $7,000 deposit that should be mailed out by the end of the week.It is always our desire to do right by our customers, so if there is anything else we can do to remedy the situation please contact us at: (725) 999-2889.
