Absolutely the biggest mistake of my life, getting financially involved with this scam of a company, save yourself the money and just rent a time share one on ebay for $3.50 these people that work at this company are pompus, call your mother in law and tattle on you type people. 5 star reviews are most likely the employees themselves, like why on earth would you rate 5 stars and then say nothing, but i suppose that's a scam fitting for the run down hole in the wall jockey club.

Not even one star do they deserve. Very upsetting they lie to get you into a contract to then harrass you about payments. I have never used their services. Shortly after I got into commitment with this vacation program I had a financial setback and was no longer able to afford the program. I called and told them I needed to cancel. I was told I cant cancel. I am now obligated to pay the loan because it was in contract. I told him I couldnt afford the payments and they told me I have to now pay the whole amount because its gonna go to collections. They were not courteous or considerate of my situation, despite the fact that I called to cancel shortly after. I do not recommend them or Saphire Resorts. Its all a sham to bamboozle you out of your money.

Impossible to contact, do not respond to email, mail, or phone. I do not know how this company is allowed to operate. do not do business with this group
