We travel often and this would have been a great option had we actually gotten what they told us we were getting. We said what our budget was and they said they were giving us the employee rate for the whole package. Come to find out we got a sample and don't have access to almost anything they told us about unless we spend a bunch more money. SCAM

Have been paying on this since 2017. NEVER used the property and have tried to just be done with it all. March 2022 we are supposed to be done having our account drafted every month. Almost 10000.00 down the tubes and still am getting sent to collections for the yearly maintience fees. This has been a horrible experience to say the least. CANNOT wait for MARCH.. Just want this to BE DONE ALSO was told we could not cancel. You have my money so can we just be done already. Contacted the BBB and boy did my phone start ringing then

I was working as a Contracts Administrative Assistant for a few weeks and it was the worst experience of my life. Now the two bosses Whose names I will not say are great and sweet very but the reason for my horrible experience was the team. The females who are also contracts admin assistant are mean, unhappy, unhelpful, rude, and most of all problematic. The team of assistants need to improve on the their teamwork and personalities or this job will always have an unhealthy work environment.

If the ability to leave no stars was an option I would have chosen that option. The decision to purchase this timeshare was a mistake from the moment we signed the contract. We feel that we are throwing money away, into something that has no real value or will ever appreciate in value. Customer service is awful and rude. We were really disappointed in ourselves that the timeshare was able to con us into making this terrible decision. We realized that they completely deceived us into making this purchase. Read reviews of places before you decide to sign anything! Take our advice do not ever become a timeshare owner! EVER!
