Buying a home has honestly bee. stressful. This was my fianc and I first time buying a home. Jodi was there from the beginning to the end. When I say she communicates with you so well its amazing, she is really phenomenal. Jodi helped get the job done, 10/10 I do recommend Jodi. When she wasnt available Eric was there to assist us through the process. Even with the holidays Jodi and her Team was still available. With this being our first time buying a home Jodi, made sure we understood everything we were signing. Shout out to Jodi, we appreciate her, she helped us purchase our first home. Thank you and I can really tell you enjoy your job.

My wife and I moved to Las Vegas this summer as part of a military move from San Antonio. Jodi and Eric of EasyStreet Realty were a recommendation we took from our mortgage company as we didn't have any familiarity with the area prior to our move. I have to say, we were beyond lucky to have found them. Since this was a military move, we didn't have the luxury of visiting Vegas beforehand. That being the case, we were completely dependent on Eric and Jodi throughout the entire process. They were extremely knowledgeable about Vegas and were patient as we learned what areas we liked and were most interested in. Once we chose an area and a price point, they were able to send us homes on a daily (or near daily) basis that fit our criteria without exception. Eric and Jodi's dedication and effort to help us find and secure the right home was highlighted when house hunting became more serious. Being so far away and unfamiliar with the area, they offered to go to each home and video the drive in from main roads as well as a video walk through with commentary on what they noticed about each area of them home. After a few unsuccessful offers on homes during a difficult time in the market, their excellent work paid off and we found a home in a fantastic area that we couldn't have been more excited about. What really put them over-the-top in my eyes was how much Eric and Jodi were willing to help us AFTER we closed on our home. Given the circumstances, we were unable to move for about 6 weeks after closing, and there were some things we wanted/needed done for the home prior to our move in date (such as a safety fence install around the pool for our young children). In order for these things to happen, Eric and Jodi made SEVERAL trips out to our home to grant access and supervise different services during their work. I cannot express the how much of a difference this made for us, and how gracious they were to help us when they most certainly did not have to. Even after we moved in, I reached out to them for recommendations on different services and their suggestions were always on point. They also both made an effort to stop by our home to meet our family in person and check on us since we were not able to meet them prior to the move. To put it concisely, Eric and Jodi are a thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, and hard-working team. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone moving to Vegas. So much so, that I recommended them to my mother when she was considering moving to the area. Don't over-think it. You've found your real estate agent(s).
