They lie bout when they gonna get stuff done they wouldn't except my payments online. Said I was evicted in court never was told that. Also got told I could sign another lease for year never got that copy. Had one holiday with holes in my kitchen for a leak from upstairs happened twice. Just rude when you call to ask questions

There was a discrepancy in my rental payments. The accountant and owner spend a lot of time in helping resolve the issue to my satisfaction. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. In addition, Costello have been my property managers for over three years and have always been prompt in responding to any problems that occur in my home. I recommend them very highly.

Costello Realty is the worst company I ever had to deal with. If I could give 0, I would. Our a/c broke in the summer and it took them three weeks to have it fixed. After calling and complaining they gave us portable a/c, which took two weeks. Nothing was compensated! They charged us for items that where not even working when we moved in. Lorraine which I believe it the owner/manager is the worst, extremely rude! This company steals from you legally and there is no say!

I shouldve checked the reviews before I even signed this company they were so nice in the beginning till they got your money and sign the lease place was not clean like I said had an inventory of what was wrong he still finds a wrong try to get to use the dryer the dryer is broke the laundry room was so filthy that I had to get somebody to clean it their walk-through was inconsistent of being completed they mustve just blink their eyes walked in and walked out we gave a list of a walk-through which was completed and the answer was you not trying to buy the place now but I wanted to be fixed all remote control its not even where I live and it doesnt even work the sink thing just fell off in my hand where youve been to the dishes and when you call you have to get to maintenance maintenance Ill give you well we have to give it to the vendor so you dont have your own maintenance man no woman is he coming out we dont know when he has time hell contact you thats the answer I wish I could say more but I think anybody that sell with this company will know if I could give it a zero I would but in the beginning the whole staff was so pleasant from Sherrie who is excellent never had a problemChanging my review Jonathan is in Maintenance and its way better he just sent out Valley appliance Ralph the owner to fix the washing machine yesterday a guy came and it was horrible he didnt fix it right the owner called me this morning he came over and it was excellent he fix it and went through everything about the washing machine excellent service from Valley appliance and Jonathan you did a good job
