Our home has been under affordable property management since 1997. In that time, not only have they been dependable and prompt, but when I have any questions or need an opinion, I know I'll get honest and helpful responses.

Terrible property management company, the owner and only point of contact is Charles McLain, he is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Since moving in day 1 he is very lazy, huffs and puffs whenever you call him about something that needs to be fixed or any question you have. He is smart and makes snarky remarks at everything said. It was so horrible dealing with him I requested to only be in contact with Patty the accountant. As far as Im aware only the two of them make up the property management. Patty said herself that Charles can be mean and has her doing everything all by herself. He doesnt not want to ever maintain anything and charged me for maintenance calls $100 each call even the ones that were recurring ; the fridge froze up and broke every 6months, the AC unit leaked every 6 months , there was mold on my kitchen sink from the cracks and a number of other issues. I had pots under my AC unit that was leaking about a gallon a day of water because they did not want to pay to fix it instead wanted me to continue paying over and over for the same issue. After reaching out to Nevada legal aid who informed me it was their responsibility to fix the AC as an inhabitable re occurring issue and me asking affordable property to fix it they then gave me a notice and claimed the owner of the property was moving in a family member so I had to leave . It then took TWO weeks of calling after waiting a month for my security deposit return and he messed up the check twice. Save yourself the headache and do not rent from this horrible property management owner Charles . If you go on yelp you can see everyone else has the same opinions
