Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

They dont deserve any stars. I went to this location since it was only 5 mins from my job. The 1st time, there was a ladybug in my salad. I was given information on what to do to return the food. After work, I did what was asked and ended up waiting 30 min before someone made the food. Once I get home, I open the container. There's no meat. I moved the salad around(photo) to see if it's under this high pile of lettuce, and it wasn't. There's limes, though. Plenty of them underneath the lettuce. I won't be returning to this location.

I'm here eating and wow this place is disgusting food. cafe rio is not like before. I'm disappointed the tortillas are hard the beans and rice are under cooked and hard. The coconut shrimp tacos are unflavored Definitely I will not return here and I will share my experience to my friends
