Chipotle Mexican Grill

Poor customer service and not friendly at all. I placed an ordered online when i get there the guy tells me he cant find it so the lady with dreads (im not sure if shes the manager) tells me their system was down and some orders were not going through. I told her it was okay if she could get it ready and she said no because she didn't have my order and i had to stand in line (the line was still long by that time) and re order everything. I asked her if i went through the line and ordered would i have to pay again she said YES! If i wanted a refund i had to call customer service. she wasn't helpful at all im guessing because theyre were busy and almost closing.

If there's one thing I like about franchise, it's the consistency and for some reason this place does not sell alcohol. I wanted a beer with my lunch and could not get that. Sorely disappointed. I wanted to throw burrito back at the cashier and tell him why don't you have beer here but my better sense of judgment got me so I bought the burrito walked out. Had to drive around the corner to the gas station. Pick up a tall boy and enjoy my lunch. Such an inconvenience. I wouldn't go to this location ever again cuz not even a sign posted saying that we do not serve alcohol at this location only so just the warning for anyone else who likes a beer occasionally with their lunch, especially when you only have 30 minutes!!!!
