Chipotle Mexican Grill

I planned a teacher appreciation lunch for my staff. Chipotle completely ruined it! I placed the order 3 hours in advance as there is no way to order or talk to anyone to order before the event day. I was there at 11:30am to pick it up. They said there were behind and it would be awhile. I said okay and waited. 45 minutes later and after everyone who came in after me had left, I asked them to check and see where my order was. They said you need to wait. I said can you please check it was suppose to be ready 45 minutes ago. They said oh someone else picked up your order. I WAS STANDING THERE THE WHOLE TIME! They then remade my order. I got to my car and things were missing. I went back in, they gave it to me. Got back to my staff and all the orders were wrong! I went all the way back to get the missing order and they tried to chagre me. Ruined teacher appreciation lunch!

Was there yesterday evening and had very strong diarrhea today! Do not recommend. Place was full of flies, should have been a warning for me to leave. Lots of red flags, place looks very dirty.

Horrible Experience!!! , Just left and they didn't have Corn , lettuce, Guacamole , or sour Cream , I asked if I could at least get a drink on the House , Worker laughed at Me

Chipotle is what it is - the food is good especially the proteins. the problem is always inconsistency in the amount they give you! On this visit the girl in front of me was given a heaping portion of steak, literally covering all the rest of the food in her bowl - when I came through I got a thin line of protein across the top. It was a ridiculously smaller amount! And this is not a a bug, it's a feature of Chipotle. I have only asked for more protein twice in the hundreds of times I've been to Chipotle - and of course that was inconsistent as well - the associate said sure and added more, the second time I was given a very practiced response about having to pay more money if I want "extra protein". Until they add some sort of measuring device or a scale of some sort, customers will continue to be served wildly differing amounts of steak or chicken or tofu or pork!

Store is well maintained with knowledgeable staff. Quick service for in store and pickup customers. Food delivery orders are typically ready upon arrival.
