        Ordered a salad with two very simple special requests, salsa fresca and extra lettuce, and the chicken tortilla soup and two kids quesadillas. They missed both the special requests, and a completely omitted the cheese from the soup. The kids quesadillas and tortillas with the meals we're both very cold and seemed like Day old leftovers. The soup was also cold.

        The food is good but the place needs a good cleaning. I've been in other Cafe Rios outside of Vegas that were very clean.

        Same issues as the Lake Mead location. They close 30+ minutes early if you want to dine in, no grilled chicken, no grilled steak, no queso. Whole make line is broken down while food is not being held at temp. Cafe Rio is out of control.
