Mamaka by Ovolo

From the moment we arrived at Mamaka, the warm welcomes from the dedicated staff set a high standard for what was to be an exceptional stay. Each meal at Kuta Social club on the roof top was a culinary delight, with the carefully planned menus offering delicious and thoughtful gluten-free options, making breakfasts especially luxurious with the addition of champagne. The hotel's prime location, directly across from Kuta beach making it an excellent spot if you want to head over for a surf or a drink on the beach and it's within easy walking distance to the Beachwalk Shopping Centre, which added greatly to its appeal. The views from the rooftop pool were among the best in Bali, providing a stunning backdrop to our leisure time. Inside, the spacious and stylishly appointed rooms boasted high-quality amenities, complemented by the discreet and efficient housekeeping service that included a thoughtful nightly turndown. We stayed in a Swagger Suite on the 3rd floor. Mamaka's personal touches, such as a hand-drawn welcome card, a custom keyring, and complimentary drinks, snacks, and spa vouchers, made our stay feel uniquely special. The convenience of the hotel's app for easy communication with reception and updates on weekly specials was a nice touch. The only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the soundproofing of the rooms, as some traffic noise was noticeable. This isn't a deal breaker and some of the reviews that other guests write really show how entitled some people really think they are when staying at Hotels like they are Michelin star inspectors. I have very bad experience my I had booked already suit room and another 1 room after that no complimentary breakfast,another bad experience was my nephew's birthday but they don't allow to cut the cake their place bad experience don't go there they upfront robber in the name of hotel
