I like the convenience of parking and good coffee. The place is fine not new but clean. The ev charging is slow out of date just one squatted by non EV cars so often and you need to bring your own charger.

The good: Rooms were spacious and well functioning, and clean when we checked in. The bad: The front desk experience was a little rough/brusk (not welcoming; made to feel like we were disturbing the person checking us in), but we got our room quickly enough. The room we got was facing the highway, which provides a lot of noise. It did negatively affect our sleep. We also asked for our room to be cleaned after our first night stay and we were assured it would. The next day, no cleaning. We called at 12pm and asked for cleaning. Was given assurance again. At 3pm called again and given the same assurance. At 4:30pm nothing. Cleaning people were gone. We had to call for clean towels. This was disappointing given the number of times we communicated with the front desk. I am usually a fan of the Element hotels, but I would not go to this one again.

Just changed my reservation from the Henderson Courtyard to the Element. The CSR by the name of Summer was awesome to assist me with my change of location reservation. Which is closer to my future Senior Softball event coming next week Friday the 26th. Read some of the reviews and it sounds like a very detailed and clean place, with a supportive Front desk team... *UPDATE* I traveled out to VEGAS for my semi-annual Senior softball Tournament Stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I had a very relaxing and invigorating stay at Element Las Vegas in Summerlin. It has an excellent free breakfast which matches both healthy and tasty. The welcoming front desk staff and management were above the stars with their service. The room was extremely clean & neat, comfortable bed with up-to-date rooms, and bathroom/shower to make the stay a very pleasurable hotel. My first choice of hotel when staying in Las Vegas.
