Business Center Solutions

Called beforehand asking about hotel shipping procedures and was mislead and never informed of additional fees. I then spoke with the incomptent worker Sebastian and the owner John who were both rude and unhelpful. They had no sympathy for the customer and they are unprofessional and the workers aren't trained clearly to handle the position correctly. Do not utilize this business if you can help it.
