Rooms were old. Even though location is good but noice level was also high. Customer service was terrible. Staff were not very friendly when we express the noise concern. Seriously need some maintenance work. Even the light bulbs dont work or went missing

Booked hotel part of RedTag package. Prime location, right on the strip. Daily resort fees you get regardless of the hotel. Room was good - we checked for bedbugs and it was all clear. Room was on the 19th floor. Pool opens at 9am. Walkability: Located on the strip

Do yourself a favor and pay for the nicer rooms or just go somewhere else. While I appreciated a reasonable price, our room was underwhelming. No decent amenities (where's my coffee maker?), the body wash dispenser was empty, and half used toilet paper on the roll. There was stains on the shower curtain, and walls. Our room smelled musky. I was coughing and sneezing anytime I was in the room and totally fine outside. Our bathroom sink filled up with black dirty water that smelled like sulfur. I went up to see my friends on a higher floor, and it was night/day in their room. They had a sign for valet parking, but we were rudely told to move away, because they weren't offering it. They also stated they had room service, but every time I tried to get it, they said it wasn't available. This is a literal case of "You get what you pay for" I will most likely not be staying here again.

No. Do not stay here. My husband and I have stayed here several times in the past and it was a nice place. This last visit was awful! We will never stay at this hotel again. To make things worse we had friends with us that also booked rooms here on our recommendation and they also had separate terrible experiences. To start, we got to the hotel before check in and there was no staff to check us in. We were told to use the kiosks. Ok, thats fine, Im good with technology. The kiosk informed us there were no rooms ready unless we paid an extra $60 for early check in (Ive noticed in other reviews this amount varies). No thanks. We just decided to check our luggage at the bell desk and come back when our room was ready. The kiosk stated we would be emailed when our room was available for check in. Many hours later we still had not received an email about our room but we made our way back to the hotel to check in on things. The line to use the check in kiosks was ridiculous and extremely slow moving. Mainly due to the fact that nobody understood how to use said kiosks and after a short tutorial from a staff member they would spend many minutes trying to figure out this machine that would then error. If they were able to get checked in they would inevitably walk away without their room keys, as it takes the machine quite some time to spit them out. Every single person had to be told by staff to go back to the machine to get their room key. While these 1 or 2 staff members overseeing this process were distracted by the multitude of questions and problems I watched several people, who were either oblivious or just did not care, cut the line to a kiosk as staff either didnt see or did nothing. Of course when it was our turn the kiosk errored and we had to wait for a staff member to fix it, instead of being sent to one of the 4 humans to be checked in. The person helping us took my husbands ID, said nothing, and disappeared for 10-15 minutes. When she finally came back she rebooted the kiosk and had us start the whole process over again. After much frustration we finally got checked in. Our friends did not fare much better. We finally head up to our room. The elevators were dirty, the hallway was dirty, and every time we walked to and from our room there were people just loitering in the hallway. At some point someone spilled a drink outside our door and the mess stayed there for the duration of our stay. The room wasnt filthy, but it wasnt clean either. It was grimy. And reeked of cigarettes, probably due to the poor ventilation in the casino. The entire hotel reeks of smoke. Thankfully we were only staying one night so we could put up with the less than stellar accommodations. Upon waking for our early flight the next morning we discovered the bathroom light was no longer working. Great. I figured out that the gfi button had tripped and pushing it made the light come back on. Weird, but whatever. Then I learned the shower barely worked. Water poured out of the back of the shower head and then would randomly squirt water out the front, right in my face. My devices were not charged even though I plugged them in the night before. So the plugs dont work. Its not my chargers as they worked just fine before and after this hotel. The tv errored when we tried to check out on it. The drink mess was still outside our door, as well as some more people loitering in the hallway. There is a river of water through the garage/uber pickup that has apparently been there for quite some time. Our friends rooms were both dirty and one had to listen to a smoke alarm beep every 30 minutes all night long. After reading some of the other reviews it seems a lot of other people have had the same experiences and while the hotel will reply with a we are sorry for your experience we will work on fixing this problem in the future none of these things have been fixed. Next time we stay on the strip we will stay at a different hotel. We will not be wasting our hard earned money here ever again.
