        The door to the room was warped and difficult to open. Inside the room there were lint bundles on all the floors. There was exposed wiring hanging out of the heater unit. The king size bed sheets did not fit. They had queen sized sheets on the king size bed. When we called for reservations we explained we had a service dog. They assured us we would have a ground floor room. Upon arrival they put us in a third floor room. The help was friendly but didnt seem to know much. Like where there was a pet relief area. The good part was that it was quiet.
