Just waited 30 mins for a notary. I had an 11:30 appt, showed up on time but didn't get called until 11:58 and walked out at 12:01 (there was a clock on the table so it was hard to miss). That was my experience, a 30 min wait for a 2-3 min service.

Woman working on 4/25 9am was awfully rude upon entrance. We will not be returning.

03/21/23 915am appt scheduled online for today. They take walk-ins but I would strongly suggest to make an appointment. Got there and they were 2 people ahead of me and 3 people just walked in after me. Luckily, since I had an appointment I was the first ones to be called. It was quick. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Not only they do fingerprinting and background checks, they also do notary, passport photos/visa svc, and secure shredding.

My friend recommended this place for my teaching license renewal. The people there are friendly, warm, and professional. I love how they are opened on the weekends and how quick it was! I'm definitely coming back!
