I came at 3 on a Monday and it was rather busy. They were very professional and polite and are now familiar with the necessary information for physical therapy licensure.

We unfortunately lost about a week of work, time, and gas because of the oversights made by this place during our application process. The only thing they did right was take the fingers prints. We also got our passport photo done here for our application only to find out 3 days later it was rejected because we had glasses on during the photo, something they clearly should have known would be an issue yet they did not tell us to remove our glasses for the photo. After resubmitting our own photo that we took ourselves it was accepted without issue, which is frustrating because we wouldn't have lost all this time if we had just done the photo ourselves. But that wasn't it, we find out later that our application was still not accepted because they did not put down the required TCN number needed for the application. They literally forgot to write down one of the most important numbers needed for this application, thus causing another 3 day delay just to find out what was wrong. And then after we went back and acquired this number, we still ended up scanning in this document ourselves because they were too busy going out to lunch! Do yourself a favor and make sure you are on top of these people if they need to get anything done for you. Thanks for doing our fingerprints I guess?

This place is swift with service! No appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome!!! Nice spacious office and wonderful employees. Daniel was great and easy to work with during the process of getting checked-in and fingerprinted! I forgot my wallet, but luckily they accept Applepay and (other phone tap-payments if you’re an android or Google phone user). Card and cash are accepted here, too! Thanks so much!! (:
