Second time I drove the 20 minutes here and the door is locked! Says there open and the lights are on where are the employees??

Why am I hearing some inconsiderate persons phone conversation (employee) while I wait? Be more considerate, I don't care to hear both sides of your phone conversation, it'sannoying and thoughtless. I won't be coming back here.

Came from Henderson because they are the only ones I can find open on a Saturday for doe fingerprints. The sign says open, and there is a note on the door that says to knock. We knocked, we called, we waited an hour, no one is here. It's 2 hours before closing time. Phone just beeps. We've seen at least 5 other people try to go in.
