Go else where especially if your meds are controlled they lie say they are out harras u. They think they are doctors or god they are not. Stay away. Again out of pain meds they delayed lyrica for a week while they upgrade the pharmacy to hold more meds. They got a shipment in yesterday. But nope outta pain meds. This has been going on for 7 months. Withdrawls can cause people to have seizure come death if abrubtly stoped. 7 months and you can not find a reliable supplier

Pharmacy is horrible!! The worst the waiting times, the phone times, the refill times, and the customer service.. there is so much room to be better and its sad how much of a headache it is to get prescriptions to make use feel better and to even stay alive. You have to do better. Its acceptable anywhere other than a pharmacy. We all visit to help us live, why make it harder than our doctors do. Way under staffed!!!

The pharmacy is a joke. You cant understand the staff in person or on the phone. Constantly having issues with them saying insurance dose not cover the med or the doctor didnt write the script right. They also will charge your insurance for scripts that you dont even pick up or ask for even after telling them to stop filling them multiple times. Also they love to call on sunday mornings randomly to see if you need anything. Edit the pharmicist JC did straighten out this last script when he did not have to. Thank you jc is doing everythything he can they have been getting new techs that are better. I have a very complicated medical history and he has been nothing but helpfull and he goes out of his way to help.

These people are very rude, and do not help you at all. Just try and rush you off the phone or out of there and dont even make sure you know whats going on with your prescriptions when they can be very harmful if not administered properly. They dont explain to you when your prescription changes, and I could have had a heart attack.
