Walgreens

The pharmacy drive through is so slow! Every car is ten to fifteen minutes. It has been for the last six months! What medicines my family needs have been ported over to mail when they could. But that still leaves several wasted hours a month waiting in line here.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Going about an hour in line, while there's staff in the background walking back and forth doing nothing, yet they wouldn't offer to help. Service has gone down the drain. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy is horrible. They lie about having medicine ready.. you get there and its not ready. Dont get me started on if they have to order. They only have me a weeks worth of medicine and told me the rest would be available the next day. Her father gets there and its not ready. My daughter is about to be out of medicine. Im currently on hold with them now 25 mins. They pick up the phone and place it back on hold. No hello no nothing just pick up and place back on hold. They dont communicate with each other. It was like this before the pandemic. 30 minutes on hold and have been placed on hold several times. They are very unprofessional.

I'm really not sure why anyone would go here if it was super convenient or like when traveling sometime Walgreens/CVS are you're only options. They call themselves a pharmacy, but they clearly hire typically bottom of the barrel of head pharmacist's alot of time the pharm techs just somewhat they have been taught... incorrectly. They literally except you to come back over 24 hours after dropping off you're Rx(s). Even with 20 people in line it would take no longer to fill. A good pharmacy will have it ready in 20-35 if not busy and maybe an hour max. Anyway if you like stuff for %35 more expensive then by all means have at it.

The service is usually fast and very kind, but the last time I went a tall, younger hispanic woman with glasses was very nasty when answering my questions. I'm not sure if she's new or not, but she needs some lessons in etiquette
