Since my last review a year ago as of late February early March 2024 I think the establishment has cut Help and doing so there are now very long weights at the pick up window as long as 20 minutes. I see cars back up and leave or park and walk all the way to the front strip entrance since they keep The Rear door locked all the time because they dont want to post a security to watch for thieves so now customers have to walk all the way around to the front of the store. Also, when you talk to a pharmacist, they say your order will be ready at such and such a time so after a 20 minute wait at the pickup window the girl apologizes because its still not ready . So then we decided to have the order delivered. When the order hasnt showed up after three business days, then the staff tells you that FedEx has not picked up the order yet to be delivered now thats a bold face lie because FedEx is always on time, its their business. Corporate you are loosing many clients to the competition because there are many bad reviews here saying they will never return. Please step up your game! *************************++****This is long overdue but the staff at the pick up window is really very nice and has been helpful to us for a few years now. I just wanted to lift them up because the girls work very hard and theyre very nice especially since its kind of a rough neighborhood outside their protective windows where the drive-in is located.
