        I came into this CVS to pick up some meds an as my wife an I were walking around waiting on them to fill my meds a store associate was taking pics of me with out my permission her name was Marie and she has violated my rights on sp many levels my lawyer is contacting CVS an we r Suing

        Well first off an employee named Maria profiled my husband and I....She walked past us taking a video and pictures of my husband and I for what we where looking at food while we waited 20 minutes for my husband's medicine to be filled....mine and my husband's rights where violated and we are contacting our lawyer. We where profiled and that is illegal to do.

        This CVS notes there is a MinuteClinic available.This is not correct. They have closed this clinic and have not updated their website. No one answered their phone when I called to confirm. Horrible service especially when medical help is needed.

        We went to the CVS in Las Vegas at 3758 S Las Vegas Blvd to fill a prescription after spending nearly 3 days in the hospital due to a kidney infection with my girlfriend, who is a transplant recipient. We were extremely DISSAPPOINTED in the service we received at this CVS. The original Rx was called in around 8 pm on Thur Jan 12. Due to our having to wait until the next day to fly home, we didn't attempt to pick up the order until the next day, Jan 13 around 11 am. When we arrived, we were told that "they don't carry the pain medicine (dilated) b/c its a narcotic". Ok, no problem. So I asked them who else around town did carry it and I was told "we are not allowed to call around because its a narcotic" - What the heck?? I've never heard of that before!! So in short - we walked about 30 minutes - for nothing. No prescription, no customer service, and certainly no employees who cared. The apathy was astounding! CVS you can do better.

        Super nice place! Very convenient and you usually get to find everything that you need! They also have a pharmacy. The service is always very friendly!
