Worst pharmacists on the planet. I wish I read reviews before I went there. Avoid this place! Doctor prescribed antibiotics and they put too much water in the mix. I just went back and they simple wave arms like ohh well. I wonder how many bad reviews have to go in so this place get audited.

I want to start by saying that I work in healthcare; direct patient care to be exact and I work with pharmacist and pharmacy techs in a hospital setting. I have respect for pharmacist and understand the demands of the job and calculating insurance into it can make for a stressful environment and also sets up pharmacies for negative reviews when people cant get their meds on time or their insurance wont go through. I had a medication of mine refilled 4 days ago and it was ready 4 days ago; my spouse and I share 1 vehicle and we both work full time and take care of our 1 year old. I had to wait until night time to try and get my refill only to be shooed away by a sign that read pharmacist not on duty when I inquired, I was met with rudeness beyond comprehension by this lady who told me there was no pharmacist come back next day. I came back and the next day just to see the same sign AGAIN!! This isnt the first, second, third or even fourth time this has happened. Why when prescriptions are already approved can you not give them to patients?! If there is no pharmacist why? Why cant another one come in? Or have another one from Walgreens down the street come down to approve some prescriptions for both Walgreens? Now Im getting calls from an automated line asking me why I havent picked up my prescription? Are you serious? There unfortunately wasnt a button I could press on my phone for pharmacist was not at work for two days. The lack of care really shows on most of these peoples faces. We are all humans, please dont judge my spouse, myself or anyone for what medications theyre taking. Have I had a grumpy mean day as a nurse? Yes, everyone does; people can push your tipping point; but I can honestly say that I really try to put myself in my patients shoes and do right by them and even more. Theres no reason for the employees here to be as rude as they are and roll their eyes to my husband and pretend to call our pcp when really she just went to the back and came back 5 min later to say he didnt answer; meanwhile we were texting with our doctor while we were waiting and he said no one called him. Shame on you! You judged my husband and refused his right to his medication! Please have this pharmacy actually have a pharmacist while theyre open so we can pick up our meds. The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the really nice pharmacy tech who usually works at night (a guy with a beard) and that this pharmacy usually carries the medications that my family and I take.

Called around 830 to check on my prescription status since it said it be ready at 830pm. No answer and was on the phone for 10mins. Then decided to drive down since it was close to my home. Go there at 8:45pm and there was one person head of me. The pharmacy closes at 9pm which after they helped the person it was about 9:03pm and before I could even drive up. They closed the window and put a sign, letting me know it was closed. It was upsetting because one, they couldnt even pick up the phone and two just to close the window like that when they knew I was in line. My meds were time sensitive so I needed them that night. It would have been better if they could at least talk to me or tell me to transfer the meds to another location but they refused to acknowledge me when I was there. One lady seemed to wanted to use the speaker to talk to me but the other lady was using her hands and mouth to say no then I see the lady just put her hands up and walk away.. Just a sad experience. But Im glad another Walgreens was able to help me out. So kudos to the Walgreens team on Lake Mead and Buffalo.
