Left the Er and they were 30 minutes from closing. The tech that waited on me was awesome. She put my order in with 20 minutes to make sure I had my prescription was filled. The night shift staff was awesome

I called four times and they hung up four times, I never even got to speak to a person at the pharmacy. I drove down and waited another half hour in the drive thru to be witness to someone on their cellphone. Such unprofessional conduct from the pharmacy staff that I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Sat on hold three times for over 25 minutes each just for them to put me on hold then disconnect the call. Really annoying, I was just needing to take a hold off my refill and wasnt going to drive there for that. Im going to transfer to a different pharmacy. 75 minute waste of time, pathetic
