DO NOT USE THEIR SALON AT THIS LOCATION. My wife had a wedding to go to, and confirmed with the people of the salon that her makeup would be done on time. They didnt even see her and scoffed at her after she told them she had to leave because it was too late. Disgusted with the experience.

0 stars, definitely. Came to pick up my online order, $34 total, 2 items $23+$12, $3 discount with their coupon. Have confirmation email on my phone, with a scannable barcode, credit card used for payment. They request ID. Oops, it's not on me. Had it earlier in the day for sure, checking pockets: can't find. My previous stop was Walgreens, picking up Rx (not controlled subst) where they asked me to verify address and dial my phone for verification. Didn't ask ID, so can't be sure where I lost it. Next, I ask associates to verify me another way: ask me about my order, here's my phone, how do I even know to pick it up here? I stand there asking for mercy, hoping they will get it. It's not a TV set, its $34 order I came to pick with a confirmation on my phone. As I read the email with pick up instructions, there is NO mention of ID requirements. I finally have time to go to amazon: it's cheaper there, my items, with 1-day free delivery to my door. Why DID I choose Ulta on the first place??? I googled for a product, Ulta came first with coupon attached, and I didn't shop around longer for a $20 face serum. Well, they made me do it! They didn't budge. Amazon it is! They denied me of my paid order, an unforgettable experience! Never step into that store again. They deal with thieves, all right, I see: perfumes locked, no testers on expensive ones. Different from how it was 10 years ago, even 5. But using common sense: I present my email on my phone and payment card! I would've appreciated certain amount of trust when it makes sense. Eventually I had to leave to pick my outback steak order ($113 order, stated my car model at the time of order, they checked my email confirmation, not ID). And I found the DL on the floor of the car when I came home. Ordered exact same stuff with 1 day delivery for a little less. Happy end. Expect money back from Ulta because it spends elsewhere. I am not going back. You don't assume bad intentions from your paying customers, and everyone can misplace a DL.
