I would rate 1,000 stars if possible!! I was almost out of a specific product I use daily and visited another Ulta location to replenish, however, they were out of stock, nor was it available online. I called this location and spoke with Asia who took the time to see if they had my specific product or if any other store in the city had it. They had a slightly different shade, their very last bottle here, and she was kind enough to find it in hand and hold it for me! We all get set on our brands, especially makeup, and Asia went above and beyond to assist me in multiple ways throughout my time of need!! Associates at other locations are overly uber friendly, but offered little help. I just want to recognize what a superb and efficient job she did for me and how much I appreciated her! This will be my new location from now on!!

If I could leave a -5 I would this is the absolute worst Ulta Ive ever been in. Ive been shopping at Ulta for what seems like forever been a Diamonds rewards member since I could remember the manager of this Ulta is horrible. Shes racist, prejudice, extremely unprofessional and I can guarantee you, I will never ever ever shop here and I will make sure that every person I meet never shops at this location again at this location again.

Like others, I have shopped with Ulta for years. This location sucks. No customer service and they dont care about making a sale. My daughters and I came to the store to shop, ready to spend some money, but there were no testers or product available. The employees did not approach to ask if we needed help. I had to go look for an employee and she had the nastiest attitude. I will never shop at this location ever again. The whole staff needs to be retrained. This is a reflection of the general manager. What a shame!
