Its unfortunate that the nearest ulta to me is this location. Reasons being that they are always out of stock of ALOT products and weeks go by without a restock. You ask an associate and their answers are always well we get shipments in on this date but you can always order online and get it shipped to you or to the store like ok thank you for pointing out the obvious but I come to the store for immediate pickup. And then you check back after said shipment date and still items were not restocked. Its sloppy and quite frustrating. Another issue I have with this location is that I am one who from time to time want to try out a new product and youre standing around looking for help it seems that the associates see you needing help and they either walk the other way, OR, they ask you if you need help and literally have no knowledge about any of the products which are pretty big names youd think theyd know, and they also like to shove a lesser known product on to you and give you little to no detail as to why THAT would be the better option. Everyone there seems to have a bad attitude and no knowledge about products INCLUDING managers. Seriously just going to stop going to this location its a let down every single time

Filthy and ghetto!! I walked in the store was a complete mess and a huge line with like 3 cashiers. Found nothing I was looking for. Prior to that my order got cancelled because it was out of stock which shouldve stated before I was even allowed to purchase it online. Save your time and drive 12 mins down the road to the Ulta in Centennial where the workers there will GLADLY help you as well!!
