I go in to simply buy lip liner and blush, and this woman who looks to be anywhere from 20 years old to 40 years old due to her make up being absolutely bizarre. I cant tell if shes young or if shes old however, I see a bunch of lip liners that I am interested in and one of them is already opened so I bring them to her and ask if I could just look at the color, she begins to start cussing at me and telling me how customers really come into her store and F everything up speaking to me, as if I was the one who did it. Then I continue to shop. I go to buy three lip liners and four blushes, and she proceeds to tell me its time to leave. Rude RUde RUDE. Wll never go back there again.

I had money stolen from me when I went here this past weekend. I browsed around, saw several items that I wanted, and purchased them. Once I received my receipt, I noticed a price listed that was different on the sticker. The sales rep argued me back and forth no its 5.99 I just came from over there and saw it I kept saying come with me I will show you that the sticker says 3.99 after begging her, she finally walked over with me. What do you know? The sticker said 3.99. Now she did apologize, but said she cant give me my money back or the difference because her manager doesnt allow it. So I didnt do anything wrong, but you keep my money? Thats stealing. She was very apologetic but the customer service is lacking. How do you take from a customer, find out youre in the wrong, and refuse to give them their money. Reminds me of a TT video that said businesses charge certain people more money. I kind of think thats the case here because why do that to me? Yes its only $2 but that add up if you do it to several people

Had the most pleasant experience here due to desiree, (Im not too sure how to spell her name) Ive been too this store a few times, love going here for my favorite lip liners and lashes because theyre good quality without being overpriced. She was such a nice person and just held great conversations, all while being able to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
