        Poor quality bags. Bought my Mom a purse she used it occasionally for a year and it is showing significant wear and tear for the amount of use. I contacted Burberry to see if they offer any type of warranty as this was a decently expensive bag and the response I got was that type of wear and tear is normal for a bag of about a year old and I could pay to have it restored.
