        Very bad customer service. I went to the store for equipment upgrade and staying in line just like everybody else. When I need to use the restroom, I will directed to Carl's Jr cross the street. I identified to the sales that I am a long time paid customer with multiple lines and other services on the account. I was again told to go to a fast food place. Just want to make clear, CJ does not offer cellular service. This is awful trend after CV19, restroom is no longer offered to paid customers.
