The maintenance is good they are fast and they pick up dog s*** that other people leave around so they actually care. The bad is there is no basketball nets even though they advertise that they have a basketball court. In December when the United States was honoring world war II the flag was not lowered to half Mass. The flag is always ripping. Instead of replacing it they keep popping holes in it so it will stay attached but the wind rips it off and they keep popping holes in our flag. We live across the street from the Air Force Base we have a lot of soldiers that live here. A little disrespectful huh. Update the flag broke again

Amazing staff that is always prompt first thing in the morning and throughout the day, Martin; has impeccable customer service and is very professional. My experiences with maintenance are nothing short of the quality felt by the professionalism. They came first thing in the morning but can be scheduled any time that works for you. The interior is a different world from the outside, and if you have any problems, their app allows you to open any requests you want. I am very humbled by my new place!

Trash service and trash people, do not apply here, Yesenia will try to steal your money and they do not have any availability, they are liars and they will not speak to you personally about what the exact required are it why you got denied. I am a resident here at village square and have been since September 2021. First I would like to say, I needed a place to move to in September quickly. I had to leave my previous apt because I had a slum lord that had me living in asbestos and would not take care of the damage that was done after 2 serious floods caused by plumbing that had been neglected for years. Village Square responded to my emergency with quick and caring action by securing my apt within days of reaching out to them. I also want to give a shout out to Martin and his staff. Who have been wonderfully supportive as I have steadily recovered from that experience. The maintance staff here are always on top of various reasons that they maybe called to attend and go out of their way to assure a clean property. Other property management companies could take a lesson or two from these people. They have always responded in a timely manner when contacted either by text or the tenant portal. They have listened and communicated with care and respect to us as their tenants. As long as the lines of communication are open and honest, the staff here have made it clear they are here to help. So if you are an honest person who needs a place with people who care managing the property.....then look here. It has been wonderfully refreshing to work with this company and the staff they have here.
