Ravello Townhomes

The first day I moved in here, I met the previous tenant and he warned me of the loud upstairs neighbors. I asked the property management about this and they played it off as though he was some sort of trouble maker. Well, it turns out he wasn't and I now realize that I was leased an apartment and the management was aware there was a severe noise issue. Most every night I am subjected to loud crashing and banging that is so disruptive I can't enjoy my living space. I have offered to meet with the upstairs occupants in the presence of the management company to express my concern and have invited a representative to come and witness the severity of the noise. Neither of these suggestions were accepted and I was essentially told, "that's what apartment living is like". I have lived in apartments for several years and I am very accustomed to, and tolerant of, incidental "moving around" noise. I have also tried to contact an owner's representative twice and have not received a call back. So, my recommendation is to not rent here if you value your peace, if you appreciate your legitimate concerns being handled professionally, if at all, or if you just like being treated like you matter by those who are responsible for providing you with a decent place to live.

I'm just here to say that 'Gary with the Bad Review' is delusional. As he called the police in the late afternoon about kids screaming that don't even exist at my residence. Gary is a ball-less Karen, he calls police on his neighbors instead of talking directly to them about the noise (still can't figure out the actual noise). At least Karen's will get in your face about things. Can you imagine the police doing a noise complaint call at 6pm when the sun is still out? Can you imagine the confusion on the whereabouts of the so-called children because none live there, especially when you don't live above him? I bet you complain that tenants utilizing the pool during these triple digits degree months. I lived here for over 2 years (nearing 3), seen 2 different management teams (this is by far the best one) and a few new neighbors. We all got along for the most part minus the one unit that was removed about a month ago. This apartment complex is extremely quiet, never had to complain about any nose minus the one unit that was recently removed. We all speak to each other because we enjoy our neighbors and this complex.

My experiences with Jennifer has been great. She does things by the book and I can appreciate that. She is always nice to talk to and willing to help you out. She really turned this place around from the previous management team. Maintenance staff is nice and always solve my problems. Follow the rules, pay your bills on time and you should have no problems.

Honestly, Jennifer is the worse manager ever. She will always fight with you. Never take accountability. She did on several occasions, common on!!! you need to face your surroundings!!! And then look at yourself .... I can’t wait to move out!!! Trust me go to upper management on this one, she is always right lol
